You will be working as part of a team where you as an Online Content Developer will be responsible for the improvement and maintenance Dell web sites. Primary responsibilities will involve working in a development, maintenance and support capacity with a global team of online editors and developers to improve the quality, consistency and performance of multiple web sites. The position will also require close working relationships with Dell\’s product, e-commerce and online merchandising teams.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work closely with the Global teams to scope and implement new site functionality to enhance customer experience and business performance.
? Improve/build online tools and processes to improve work efficiency and accuracy for online developers.
? Take full ownership of the implementation and completion of a project always being flexible and create work-arounds when problems arise.
? Use XML and Dell internal tools effectively to modify, repurpose and create content.
